1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email with tracking details.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes only.

  • DESYLO reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.


6. Delays & Delivery Issues

DESYLO is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us at support@desylo.com, and we will assist you.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

  • A leaking package

  • An incorrect or missing item
